METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In order to fulfill our legal obligations as an employer, for the performance of the employment contract between us, for reasons stipulated by law and for the legitimate interest of the Company, we collect your personal data that we have requested from you personally, that we have requested from you in advance through our platform or other employment platforms during your job application, or that you prefer to share with us during your job application, in your resume or other texts you share regarding your application, by you transmitting it to us physically or electronically and recording information open to the access of third parties in the Company’s computer programs, applications and servers or the internet environment open to the use of more than one person.

RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company may store the personal data provided by the Employees for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the nature of the relevant services determined in this Clarification Text and Peritus Racking’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy for the provision of the services subject to the employment contract of the Company and the Employees, during the period in which the employment contract remains in force and during the statute of limitations determined in accordance with the relevant legislation after the termination of the employment contract, in case of any dispute that may arise between the Company and our employee, limited to the purpose of making the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute. In this case, the stored personal data is not accessed for any other purpose and access to the relevant personal data is provided only when it is required to be used in the relevant legal dispute.
